Who we are
SpoorBase is operated by Liron Carmeli ("SpoorBase", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. Questions about them can be sent to spoorbase.business@gmail.com.
Accounts
An account is personal to one individual. You are responsible for activity carried out under your credentials and for keeping your email address current, since alerts and account notices are sent there.
Subscriptions and billing
Premium is billed monthly or annually in advance and renews automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops future charges and keeps Premium access until the end of the period already paid for.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude sales tax and VAT, which Paddle calculates and adds at checkout based on your location.
Payments are non-refundable except where required by law, as set out in the Refund Policy.
If we change the Premium price, we will tell you by email before the change applies, and the new price takes effect from your next renewal. You can cancel before then if you do not want to continue.
Enterprise is priced per organisation under an annual agreement. API volume and custom data services are quoted separately.
Acceptable use
You may use SpoorBase output for your own research and for internal use within your organisation on an Enterprise plan. Bulk scraping, resale of the underlying dataset, and redistribution of screens or exports as a competing product are not permitted.
API access is subject to the contracted call volume. Sustained excess use may be rate-limited.
Accuracy of information
SpoorBase makes every effort to present accurate information but does not warrant that any data, calculation, score or AI output is accurate, complete or current. Valuation multiples are calculated by SpoorBase and may contain errors.
You use the information on SpoorBase at your own risk and are solely responsible for any decision made on the basis of it. SpoorBase is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the information.
Availability
The service is provided as-is. Filing sources publish on their own schedules and can be delayed or unavailable, and SpoorBase does not warrant uninterrupted access or a specific data-refresh interval.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Account settings, which cancels any active subscription immediately and removes your watchlist and alert configuration. No refund is issued for the remainder of the paid period.
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, including the acceptable use rules above.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. We will notify you by email of material changes, and continuing to use SpoorBase after they take effect means you accept them.
